By accessing and using the services of Isis Bungalows Thai & Seafood Resort (“the Resort,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our facilities, accommodations, restaurant, and website.

1. Reservations & Cancellations

✔All reservations are subject to availability.

✔A valid ID and payment confirmation are required at check-in.

✔Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in your booking confirmation and may vary depending on seasonality or promotional offers.

✔Deposits are non-refundable within 7-days cancellations and within 7-days reschedules

2. Check-In & Check-Out

✔Check-in time: 2:00 PM

✔Check-out time: 12:00 PM

✔Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Conduct

✔Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and resort property.

✔Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities are not permitted and may result in eviction without refund.

✔Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

4. Liability & Damages

✔The Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

✔Guests are liable for any damage caused to resort property and may be charged accordingly.

✔Use of resort facilities, including the beachfront, is at your own risk.

5. Restaurant Usage

✔Dining reservations are recommended for large groups.

✔Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the restaurant dining area.

✔We accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions when informed in advance, but cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

6. Children & Pets

✔Children must be supervised at all times.

✔Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or common areas unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Website & Online Services

✔By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or interfere with its operation.

✔Information provided online (e.g., prices, availability) is subject to change without notice.

8. Third-Party Services & Activities

✔The Resort may assist guests in booking activities such as island hopping, scuba diving, land tours, transportation services, and other excursions through third-party providers.

✔These services are operated independently and are not owned, managed, or controlled by the Resort.

✔The Resort’s role is limited to facilitating arrangements for the guest’s convenience.

✔Participation in these activities is at the guest’s own risk, and the Resort shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, delays, losses, or damages that occur during or as a result of these third-party services.

✔Guests are encouraged to review the terms, safety guidelines, and insurance coverage of the respective service provider before participation.

9. Privacy Policy

✔Any personal information collected during your stay or through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Force Majeure

✔The Resort is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our control.

11. Governing Law

✔These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
